We love the open concept, cathedral ceilings, the great lake views, the hot tub and sauna, and the wood burning, heat-a-later fireplace. Your attention to detail has made our lakeside home a pleasure to stay in both winter and summer.

Now that I've taken possession of my new Alto home, I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your team for a job well done.

I know building a new and modern home in an older neighbourhood like the Beaches is a very challenging project indeed. Being this close to the lake, and in such tight quarters presents many engineering and logistical problems, all of which you were able to overcome in a efficient and effective way. The final result is an extremely professional and high quality home in a very desirable neighbourhood.

The house is gorgeous and the attention to detail has made the space an extremely comfortable place to live and entertain for me and my family. My custom upgrades were executed in high quality and make my new home fit me "like a glove."
