With five successfully completed projects, Alto
Custom Homes specializes in luxurious and elegant homes in higher-end urban and country settings. In most cases, Alto will
build and sell essentially a new home, but as a resale home, creating
significant buyer value through the resulting GST tax advantage.
This is done by adhering to the local building standards definition
of a "renovated" home, but building a completely new, luxurious
home around it. Typically, 66% of the exterior walls must be retained.
